Satisified New Customer

I have never used Udiggit before, but After I placed my order at 11.45pm and received it a day later, I was quite impressed.(not to mention that was on the 22nd of December, when everyone struggles to make deliveries on time). The picture frame that I have bought was exactly what I was looking for, easy to use(without even reading the manual), with a remote control and looking good. Thank you Udiggit for making this order hassle free and one Christmas present getting on time!

A Huge Thankyou

A huge thank you to Andy and team at Udiggit for solving the problems (not their problems with my frame). For my 60th birthday my friends bought me the WIFI digital frame - we hope to be travelling abroad quite a lot next year and I thought it would be a great way to stay in touch. Anyway Andy sent us an info pack on how to get the "thing" to work but it didn’t. We then sent it back to him - he tested it and returned it saying it was OK. We had a "service" done on the computer but the frame still didn’t work. Eventually with Andy’s help we found out that the problem was with the router (it had been upgraded with another number). The frame has been working now for 5 days and I wouldn’t be without it - it’s fantastic - everyone should have one. Thanks Andy once again for your help - the frame is no longer called a "thing" - all the filed pictures on the computer that I never look at can be selected and shown at random on the frame and changed periodically, music and text can be added - it’s fantastic.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I just wanted to say this first. I bought a 10.4" Pictorea Pro Digital Frame from Udiggit as a gift for my grandad's 90th birthday. Timing was quite tight and when I got it and realised it had a fault (some dead pixels on the screen), I panicked! I would never get another one in time for the party. But the customer service team were amazing. Shipped another one out straight away on next day delivery, without charging me extra. All I needed to do was to cover the return costs of the faulty frame. Phew! Got it all in the nick of time! Thank you (Can't say it enough!)

I am a VERY happy customer.

I recently bought a 15" pictorea digital photo frame from you. I searched various websites and liked both your products and the site itself.

I was very wary about buying something so very 'visual' without at first seeing it and very much felt at ease when I saw the 14 day money back garauntee. I also read your customer feedback on your website too, this also made me feel comfortable.

However I was definitely sold on the idea of ordering from you after calling your customer service number and speaking, at length with Martin ( a fellow geordie!!). He was so very helpful, friendly, courteous and above all instilled trust so that I felt happy to place a £200 order for something I had not seen.

After receiving the frame, I was initially very happy with the look, quality and style of the frame. However I had a problem. A technical one. I rang Udiggit and explained the problem. Andy was promptly called upon and a lengthy call followed. A suggestion was made after much head scratching and frustration on my part trying to follow the complex calculations that Andy came up with. At last. My problem is solved. I can view my photos properly.

I want to say a massive THANK YOU to both Martin and Andy.

Wireless Woes Solved

I just wanted to say thank you, I bought an eStarling frame from you and couldn't get it to connect to my BT Home Hub. After numerous emails with eStarling and BT trying to sort the issue I contacted your Customer Services Team to try and get this resolved. The team were courteous and professional at all times, and their technical team informed me that they were already on to the manufacturers to try and resolve this problem. Shortly after I received an email with instructions on how to update the frames software, the frame works a treat now and my wife couldn't be happier. Thanks.

Brilliant Customer Service

A lot of internet sites deliver their goods on time and when they say they will and I certainly cant fault udiggit - I ordered on thursday at 15.30 and it was here before 11.00 on friday. The only problem was the glass in the photoframe I ordered was in pieces!!!! I got straight on to customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful - they arranged for the broken one to be collected and a replacement one to be delivered today (monday) and to an address of my convenience.
Customer service, when there is a problem, sorts out the good from the bad companies and I give you 10 out of 10 for dealing with me swiftly and courteously. Thank you!

Speedy delivery from Udiggit, thanks, Excellent web site. Lots of product information which I really like to see. The WiFi photo frame is seriously excellent. I just bought the 8 inch model for my wife's Xmas present. The picture quality is pin sharp and the range of display delays is fine. The 800 x 600 resolution is better than most photo frames but it also means that you can resample "multi meg" digital photos to 800 x 600 making them much smaller but still ensuring that they display perfectly on this photo frame. I've loaded more than 1000 resized photos onto a 1G SD card and there is still 800 Mbytes free i.e. space for 4000 more! This gadget comes into its own though when using the WiFi and the RSS feed option. Free photos from dozens of web sites which are updated daily, remarkable. My daughter can email photos from her University digs in France keeping her Mum up to date with events. Excellent.
