Trutech 7″ digital Photo Frame?

I have purchased a 7″ Trutech digital Photo Frame from Target today. As I opened it I noticed a little 5 inside of a diamond shape in a redish color on the screen. It is noticable throughout the slideshow and menu. It looks as it is supposed to be there but is in the way of the pictures looking at the frame close up. It also looks as if there is a protective film ont he screen, because of a little bubble of air. I tried to take it off but it won’t budge, so maybe there isn’t? Any ideas on what to do about this? Thanks!
I am thinking of returning it also, what is the best deal and quality of a digital photo frame out there? I would like for it to be under 100$ please and no smaller than 5″.

When it comes to electronics, I try to buy a good brand. If I will get a non-branded, I try to research a bit about that brand. Don’t even try to do anything. Just return it, now.!
