I just purchased a keychain digital picture and am having great difficulty getting any pictures…?

…loaded. Any suggestions
Bought a Coolpodz keychain on Ebay. It came with a software CD, but I cannot get any pictures loaded to the Photo Frame. It says that I should format the frame, but when I try, it says that it cannot be formatted. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

Try pushing the small reset button on the back (left side) in with a pen and holding it for a few seconds. The run through the motions, as read in the manual.

Install CD Software (only if you haven’t already)

Turn on the device

Connect it to PC via USB cable

Run software application and select the photos you’d like to use (up to 72, or memory capacity) and hit “Sync” or “Transfer”.

Hope this helps, this device looks similar tot he one I bought @ Bed, Bath & Beyond.
