Digital Picture Frames Comparison

what does 30 frames per sec mean for digi camera?
I saw something that said 30 frames per second for canon powershot d10
does this mean you only get 30 seconds of video at a time?
also, in comparison to those two underwater digital cameras, (i’m not tech savvy, i just know good quality pictures when i see them) which has better chance of good pics at night time and of action shots?

30 frames per second means basically that it takes 30 snapshots every second to give you the video. You can film for as long as you want. Big-budget films shoot on film or transfer to film before distribution, and film plays at 30 FPS (Frames per second.) The camera is saying that it will make your video look more like a “Hollywood” film. Basically, the camera takes video that isn’t choppy.
As for your camera choice dilemma, I would probably pick the Canon. Actually, I would definitely pick the Canon. It’s better for low-light, and the focus is slightly faster.
