Fuji Digital Photo Frame

I need a walk through on photography?
Okay, so I take some damn good pictures, but I have know idea, what the hell I am doing with my camera, so the good pictures that I do take are few. I want to know what aperture, shutter speed, and frames are and what effects they have in a photo, if you have any additional information that could help me that would be great, and appreciated.
By the way I have a Fuji Finepix s 700 digital camera.
I lost the manual when I moved, never came with a cd
The link has a lot of cool downloads for your camera, including the manual.
aperture – make it tiny (f/32) if you want everything in focus. Make it huge (f/1.2) if you want just one distance in focus with everything else blurry.
shutter speed – make it long (15 seconds) if you want motion to blur. Make it short (1/10000th second) if you want everything to look frozen in time
