Nix 7inch Digital Photo Frame Charge Time?
I’ve just bought this frame from Amazon, in the manual the limited battery detail says the red light is charging and green is charged. When i plugged it in to the mains it immediately came on green, when unplugged the battery does not work. It has now been plugged in for maybe 10hrs, still no battery power.
I’ve read reviews, and other users describe charging before use but no detail of time or light description.

the battery is not removable nor can i access it to have a look
Usually with these sort of things there is a plastic strip you have to remove in order for battery to connect have you done this if so it is faulty return it. have another read of instructions for first use
