Smartparts Digital Frame
I got a smartparts digital Photo Frame for Xmas and can’t get it to work.?
It came with a few pictures on it from the giver. I followed all instructions and added a few more. Then, I wanted to add even more and I can’t do it. It keeps telling me to plug into a port when it already is plugged. The display on the screen itself says the buttons are temporarily unavailable. And there is no live tech support available. Any suggestions?
Looks like it needs a reboot or reset. Unplug from power, but check if there is a reset button.
