Key ring digital Photo Frame problems?

I have a keyring digital Photo Frame and have not tried to use it until now but it says i need to format it first ok i thought no problem but i just keep getting the message could not complete format ,it’s not a read only device and it is connected correctly. Has anyone any ideas how to overcome this problem.

Is there a switch (like some USB memory sticks) that ‘locks’ the device so you cannot overwrite it?

Are the batteries fresh? Have you removed the little tab?

You could try using Photorescue to check it and reformat it.

Are you using the correct type of formatting. I guess it’s FAT rather than anything else.

I’m looking to buy a 12” Digital Picture Frame. What kind is best at a reasonable price?

I’m wondering what brand of Digital Picture Frame would be the best at a reasonable price (preferably under $150) I’m getting one for my parents, so I want it to be good quality, 12 inches in size, good color, and good clarity! These things are a must!

How much money should I spend on my girlfriend for our first Christmas?

We have been dating since October 4th. I’d rather overdo it than under-do it.
I got a 7 inch digital Photo Frame that holds 35 pictures, a rose quartz/sterling silver bracelet that say love on it, some pearl stud earrings, and some pajama top/bottoms. I got the Digital Picture Frame on Black Friday for $30 but I’m sure it was originally more, the bracelet for $10 on Black Friday but it was originally $45, the pajamas for $15, and my mother gave me the earrings to give to her. We are both in college if that makes a difference.
