Westinghouse Digital Frame
Why does my Westinghouse Digital Picture Frame say “format not Supported”?
I gifted my grandma with a Digital Picture Frame, and I loaded a USB thumb drive with 986 pictures for her. But when we turn the frame on, it skips through half of them and then says that for some it can support them. Why? Is it the size, or the resolution?

What is the file format of the pictures? If it’s not a JPEG, Bitmap or GIF, but rather something like a TIFF or another filetype, then you may need to convert the files.
